We will fund your e-currency account as soon as we have received your payment. International wire transfers usually take 3-4 business days to arrive but sometimes it might take longer.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your contact information by e-mail or phone before funding your e-currency account. Please make sure your contact information is correct!
In case you have waited for longer time and haven't heard from us, please contact us either by e-mail or phone.

You can register a new transaction. To avoid losing the details you can print them out or send them to your e-mail address from the final page of our Buy e-currency form.

You don't have to do anything - you don't even need to contact us. We proceed to fund your e-currency account only when we have received your payment to our bank account.

Can I make transactions with Icegold from any country, from any bank?
Yes, we can both send and receive money globally, to and from every bank that accepts and can send international bank wires.
Can I fund my e-currency account using other means of payment than bank wire transfers - credit card, cash, Paypal, Western Union, Moneybookers, StormPay etc.?
No. We accept only bank wire transfers.
